No Returns or Exchanges:

As our products are custom engraved according to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect customization details provided by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the defect or damage, such as clear photographs or a detailed description, to initiate the resolution process. 

Refund or Replacement:

Upon verification of the defect or damage, Ravanox will offer either a refund or replacement of the defective item. The decision to issue a refund or replacement will be made at our discretion based on the circumstances of the case.

Refund Processing Time:

In the case of a refund, once it has been approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
